Using the service
You are responsible for the prompts, input files, and content you create through BerandAI. You must not use the service for activities that violate the law, another party’s rights, or the terms of the AI providers used.
Credits & plans
Credits are used at the rates shown for each tool in the dashboard. Plans remain active for the duration stated. Credits used for a successful generation are non-refundable. If a provider request fails before producing a result, the system is designed to return the reserved credits.
Availability and storage of results
Completed output files are stored temporarily in BerandAI’s server cache for up to 48 hours and are deleted automatically after that. Process history remains available, but output files may no longer be accessible. Members should download their results to their own devices promptly.
AI-generated content
AI-generated output may contain errors or unintended similarities. You should review results before using them for publication, advertising, or important decisions.
