This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how long we keep it.
Data we process
BerandAI processes account data, transaction information, prompts, input files, and usage metadata needed to provide the service. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, BerandAI stores the verified provider account identity for authentication. Telegram does not provide an email address; Telegram registration asks for an email address and verifies it using an OTP. Accounts are not merged automatically just because they share an email address. Prompts and input files may be sent to AI providers configured by the BerandAI operator to generate content.
Security
Provider and payment gateway credentials are stored on the server and are not sent to member browsers. Passwords are stored using PHP password hashing. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
Retention & third parties
BerandAI stores completed output files in server cache for up to 48 hours, then deletes them automatically. History records and process references may remain stored, but they are not permanent copies of output files. Members should download their results to their own devices promptly. Retention periods for AI providers and payment gateways follow each provider’s policies.

Optional Android ads
When the ad program is enabled and you choose to watch, the app uses Google AdMob and UMP to check privacy choices and load ads. Google may process device/advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics under its policies. Berand AI sends an internal account ID and a random viewing code to verify rewards; email, passwords, prompts and creative files are not sent to the ad unit. Views and rewards are recorded to prevent duplicate claims. Required privacy options are available in the rewards section. Ad rewards are available to adults aged 18 or over. Starter and higher plans receive no ad impressions.
